〜Smart Factory and Warehouse of the Next Generation Realized Through Cutting-Edge Technology〜

Overview

Industry Alpha Co., Ltd., which develops smart factory and warehouse business (headquartered in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takumi Watanabe), will exhibit at the “4th Smart Logistics EXPO” to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, January 22 to Friday, January 24, 2025. At this exhibition, we will introduce automation solutions for factories and warehouses, focusing on the 4th generation model of the AMR “Kaghelo” scheduled for release in January 2025, and our independently developed Fleet Management System (FMS) “Alpha-FMS,” which enables swarm control of various AMRs/AGVs and cooperation with peripheral devices.

Exhibition Contents

Introduction of the 4th Generation Kaghelo (Actual Unit Display)

At this exhibition, we will display the 4th generation model of our main product, the Japanese-made AMR “Kaghelo.” Using a real unit demonstration run, it will perform tasks such as penetrating into cart trolleys, lift-up, and transport, utilizing its slim design. You can also confirm the stability of the newly developed lift-up mechanism and the high-precision autonomous driving.

Introduction of Alpha-FMS (Panel Display)

We will also introduce the device control system “Alpha-FMS” that realizes automation inside factories and warehouses through panel displays. Our staff will explain in detail the swarm control function that enables connection with various AMRs/AGVs including those from other manufacturers, and the peripheral device cooperation function that enables linkage with elevators and PLC devices. Based on actual case studies, we will also propose automation plans optimal for our customers’ sites.
