Overview

Industry Alpha Co., Ltd., based in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo (Head Office: 2-30-2 Azusawa, Itabashi-ku, Tokyo; hereinafter “our company”), has been selected as one of the companies adopted for the “6th Overseas Expansion Support Program” hosted by NEXsTokyo.

This program consists of “group mentoring,” which provides fundamental knowledge and know-how for overseas expansion, and “individual mentoring,” which offers consultations tailored to each company’s specific circumstances. The goal for adopted companies is to acquire skills to decide overseas expansion policies and target countries/regions.

The 6th term offers the “Western Markets Course” focusing on the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, and France.

Background of Application

Our company develops automation solutions centered on Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) and Fleet Management Systems (FMS), receiving high evaluations from manufacturing and logistics companies both domestically and internationally.

The low-floor AMR “Kaghelo” series features a combination of slimness and load-carrying capacity along with high-precision autonomous driving. Furthermore, the FMS is equipped with swarm control functions that coordinate multiple AGVs and AMRs, as well as cooperative control functions with peripheral devices and equipment, earning high praise for its scalability and connectivity.

We will leverage these technological strengths to pursue overseas expansion.

Expectations for the Program and Future Outlook

This program provides opportunities different from on-site visits, such as learning the basics of overseas legal affairs, intellectual property strategies, and experiences from veteran entrepreneurs. It is expected to systematically acquire the knowledge necessary for considering overseas business expansion.

Following this selection, Industry Alpha Co., Ltd. has taken a concrete step toward full-scale entry into the global market. We aim to deploy our technologies and solutions overseas and provide new value to the manufacturing and logistics industries. Through this, we will build networks in overseas markets, optimize business models, and further strengthen our business foundation.
