Since its establishment in 2022, Industry Alpha has been solving problems related to the digital transformation of manufacturing and logistics lines and various manufacturing fields, with a focus on making factories and warehouses smart.
Recently, digital transformation of the supply chain has become important, as it has been raised as a government issue known as the “Logistics 2024 Problem”.
We are sincerely working to solve problems in the manufacturing and logistics industries by conducting repeated interviews for each issue and providing solutions suitable for the site, such as realizing picking optimized for shipping through location management and reducing the labor required for transportation by simultaneously controlling multiple AGVs.

This is a key position responsible for developing the company’s technology strategy and addressing technical issues.

Required experience and skills

1. Practical experience in directing and managing technological development (5 years or more)
2. Practical experience in formulating and implementing transport robots (AMR, AGV)
3. Practical experience in formulating and implementing optimization algorithms
4. Knowledge and programming skills in C and C++

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
・Formulation and implementation of technology strategy
・Direction and management of technology development

PM
This position involves standing between the client and the development team, understanding the entire system and leading the project.

Required experience and skills

1. Project management experience (3 years or more)
2. Knowledge and experience in project management in the manufacturing and logistics industry
3. Practical experience in formulating and executing project plans
4. Practical experience in communicating with stakeholders

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
・Development design/man-hours estimate
・Creating requirements definitions, specifications, and design documents
・Management duties such as task management, team management, and cost management
・Various negotiations with clients

ROS Engineer
This position involves developing software for mobile robots and fleet management systems for multiple robots.

Required experience and skills

1. Experience in system development using ROS (3+ years)
2. Basic knowledge of Linux OS

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
・Implementation using ROS/ROS2
・Implementation using C++/Python
