Industry Alpha Inc. (Headquarters: Itabashi-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Takumi Watanabe), which develops smart factory and warehouse businesses, will exhibit at the 4th Smart Logistics EXPO, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight from January 22 (Wed) to 24 (Fri), 2025. At this exhibition, the company will introduce factory and warehouse automation solutions, focusing on the 4th generation model of AMR “Kaghelo”, which is scheduled to be released in January 2025, and its proprietary FMS (Fleet Management System) “Alpha-FMS”, which enables group control of various AMRs/AGVs and linkage with peripheral devices.

Exhibition Contents

・ Introduction of the 4th generation Kaghel (actual machine display)

At this exhibition, we will exhibit the 4th generation model of our flagship product, the Japanese-made AMR “Kaghelo”. In a demonstration run using the actual machine, we will demonstrate how it can crawl into, lift up, and transport a basket cart, taking advantage of its thin design. You can also check the stability of the newly developed lift-up mechanism and its highly accurate autonomous driving.

・ Introduction of Alpha-FMS (panel display)

In addition, we will introduce the equipment control system “Alpha-FMS”, which realizes automation in factories and warehouses, through a panel display. Our staff will provide a detailed explanation of the group control function that can be connected to various AMRs/AGVs, including those made by other manufacturers, and the peripheral device linkage function that can be linked with elevators and PLC devices. Based on actual implementation cases, we will also propose the optimal automation plan for your site.
