Industry Alpha’s AMR “Kagero500” Wins Grand Prize at the Itabashi Product Technology Awards

Industry Alpha Inc. (Head Office: Itabashi-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takumi Watanabe; hereinafter “Industry Alpha”), which develops smart factory and warehouse solutions, has been awarded the Grand Prize in the Itabashi Product Technology Awards organized by the Itabashi City Government.
The award-winning product is Industry Alpha’s in-house developed low-profile autonomous mobile robot (AMR), “Kagero500.”
About the Itabashi Product Technology Awards
Now in its 23rd year, the award recognizes outstanding new products and technologies developed by small and medium-sized enterprises based in Itabashi City. Its purpose is to promote these companies’ development and technological capabilities and to support the growth of local industries.
Eligible entries include products and technologies with novelty and market potential developed by small and medium-sized enterprises or sole proprietors that have their head office or business operations in Itabashi City.

About the Awarded Works

Industry Alpha’s in-house developed “Kagero500” is a highly practical autonomous mobile robot (AMR) created from an on-site perspective.
Since its launch, the robot has been continuously improved to meet on-site needs, enhancing driving accuracy, lift stability, and maintainability.
As a domestically produced AMR combining a low-profile design, high payload capacity, and high-precision autonomous navigation, it has been highly regarded both in Japan and abroad, contributing to labor and effort reduction in the manufacturing and logistics industries.

Capable of sliding under carts for transport, enabling operation in narrow spaces. - Guide-free transport using SLAM-based navigation
No floor modification required, significantly reducing installation effort. - Flexible customization available for both hardware and software.
